Submitting & Managing Tools

Learn how to submit, claim, update, and promote AI tool listings on AiToolsObserver.

  • Go to Submit Tool, complete the required fields, and add a clear description, working URL, and accurate categories.

  • Strong submissions clearly explain who the tool is for, what problem it solves, and what makes it different. Keep copy specific, avoid hype claims, and make sure links and screenshots are current.

  • Every listing goes through editorial review. Approved tools may appear in curated sections and relevant Hub content.

  • Review time depends on queue volume and submission quality. If revisions are requested, quick responses usually speed up the review process.

  • Yes. Manage your submissions from My Tools. For profile-level changes, use Observer Settings.

  • Yes. You can submit multiple tools as long as each listing represents a distinct product and meets quality standards.

  • Visit Promote for paid visibility options, including sponsored placements, editorial contributions, contextual placements, and display ads.

After creating an account, manage campaigns here: Editorial Contributions, Placements, and Campaigns.

  • Promote credits are used for editorial contributions, contextual placements, and advertising placements. Buy credits from Editorial Contribution Credits, Link Credits, and Ad Credits.

After checkout, manage campaign details from your account dashboard: Editorial Contributions, Placements, and Campaigns.

  • Prepare your target URL, preferred anchor text, campaign goal, and final copy or ad creative. Clear and relevant briefs are usually reviewed faster and require fewer revisions.

For editorial contributions and placements, use natural anchor text and context that genuinely improves the page. For ads, provide final assets and landing URLs that match the ad message.

  • Paid placements should be transparent, relevant, and useful to readers. When required, sponsored or paid links should use appropriate attributes such as rel="sponsored" or rel="nofollow".

We do not support manipulative link schemes. Submissions should be accurate, contextual, and written for humans first.

  • Promotional content should be original, accurate, and relevant to the audience. Avoid thin pages, keyword stuffing, misleading claims, and low-value anchor text.

Editorial review may request revisions or reject submissions that do not meet quality, trust, or policy standards.

  • Use Contact Us and include your listing URL, account email, and a short summary so support can help faster.
